AIPP — Ayoun Instant Payments Platform

Developer sandbox for a UPI-class instant payments switch for Zambia and SADC.

Three capabilities are demonstrated end to end: offline token payments that settle on reconnect, a federated regional alias namespace (name@provider.cc) that never moves personal data across borders, and shared fraud intelligence across all participants — all on a hash-chained, replayable ledger.
